WE. You and I. The American People are responsible for a lot of things. We are responsible to seek out the truth, not someone’s slanted spin on the truth. The truth. We are responsible to fact check shit. We are also responsible to turn off the radio show or TV show when we find the nimrods spouting off their nonsense to be lying to us. That means Rush and Beck and the like. I get we need political discourse and need to look at both side to whatever conversation we are having. But seriously yo. It’s not that fn hard to see the facts Can it be confusing? Yes. Look to information sites that report the truth without an apparent agenda. Look at both sides of every story, look for the facts. Then use you common sense. News flash; Glen Beck and Rush Limbaugh are not news sources. Good reliable news sources are out there, ones without a political agenda, right or left.
THEN we are also responsible to stand up to the politicians who roll along with the money bags who keep their political campaigns rolling and do harm to the greater good with their greed. I am all cool with capitalism. I am NOT ok with the American public getting focked by someone wanting more power or a bigger ranch. Fock that. The ONLY check to this is people power. Feel me? And for that, WE are responsible.
We are responsible for raising good kids. We are responsible to elect good people and throw them out if the screw us. We are responsible to get involved and running for office. We are responsible for our finances, our schools, our safety in our neighborhoods.
What started me on this rant? Turn off Rush Limbaugh and he will go away.
